Appeals are to note the criteria listed above that applies to their appeal, include a written rationale for the appeal and include any new evidence that applies to the written rationale. The appeal will be addressed by the Vice President of Student Development and/or their designee. The Vice President of Student Development may call an Appeal Board to review the appeal. Said board would be comprised of faculty, staff, and when appropriate, students. The Vice President of Student Development or the Appeal Board can refer the case back to the SJB for reconsideration with comment or they may make a final decision and no other appeal exists.

There are no further appeals.
