In minor behavior violation situations, not to exceed a Level II violation, the instructor of record or the program director may meet with the individual(s) involved and attempt to resolve the situation and to make things right at the lowest level possible. This may result in an agreement with the instructor or the program director and the individual(s) involved, incorporating restorative discipline values and principles.
